The following outline is the Kingdom Garb Shipping Policy.  All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We fulfill orders as they come and depending on the volume, we have in our facilities these can be fulfilled the same day, but sometimes it can take a few more days. Our fulfillment time is between 2-5 business days, but this is just an estimate, not a guarantee although we always try to do our best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible. Shipping time is added according to the destination.  For the US, it's normally between 2-5 business days. For Canada, it can be between 2 - 6 business days.

Kingdom Garb Shipping Policy - International Shipping

The Kingdom Garb Shipping Policy for International Shipping is outlined as follows. We only offer international shipping to Canada. Shipping charges for all orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Kingdomgarb.com is not responsible for these charges. If the charges are applied, they are your responsibility as the customer.  

Kingdom Garb Shipping Policy: How do I check the status of my order?  

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kingdomgarb.com with your name and order number, and we will follow up for you.  

Kingdom Garb Shipping Policy: Shipping to P.O. boxes  

We will only ship to P.O. Boxes that have someone available to sign for the merchandise. 

Kingdom Garb Shipping Policy: Returns and exchanges  

All items that we sell are made to order. We do not keep anything in stock. As soon as your order is placed, it is filled. For that reason, we do not offer any buyer's remorse type of returns or refunds. The only returns that will be accepted are items that are damaged or defective. Please note that a picture of the damaged/defective item will be required via email before a return is granted.  
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 72 hours at info@kingdomgarb.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, and we work hard to achieve satisfactory solutions.
