Returns And Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective upon receipt. A photo of the defective item will need to be provided via email first. We will issue a return once the photo of the defective item has been received and the defect has been verified. You will need to return the item in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, the returned item must be unworn, unwashed and unused to be accepted.
We cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the defective item will be invoiced to the customer.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you receive the products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return.
To start a return for a defective item, you can contact us at support@kingdomgarb.com. Please note that if your order is not defective, Kingdom Garb WILL NOT accept it as a return.
If your defective item is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Kingdom Garb does not do exchanges. All of the items that we sell are made to order. This means that as soon as your order is placed, it is immediately filled. Please note that we do not keep anything in stock/inventory. Once a customer places an order, the items that they have ordered are their responsibility. Customers are encouraged to be very meticulous about the specific designs, colors and sizes that they order. We will not accept exchanges for incorrect designs, sizes and colors that are ordered. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns
All of the items that we sell are made to order. We do not keep anything in stock/inventory. As soon as your order is placed, it is filled. For that reason, we do not offer any buyer's remorse type of returns or refunds. The only returns that will be accepted are items that are damaged or defective. Please note that a picture of the damaged/defective item will be required via email before a return is granted. Additionally, the returned item must be unworn, unwashed and unused to be accepted.
